Lavender

Last weekend, my mom and I went to cut lavender at Miller Creek Lavender Farm.  They were just about out of it.  We then went to Blanco to walk around the Lavender Festival booths.  It was so dang hot that we just about passed out!

Sun Shades

A couple weekends ago, Mark and I put up these sunshades on the sun porch windows.  They are supposed to block out a lot of the sun and UV rays and keep the heat down.  We are thinking that they are working well, but we will see if it helps with the electric bill this summer.

Swaddled pup

Today I had to take Pan into work to have him checked out.  He was behaving badly in his cage so this is what I had to do to keep him quiet.  Healthy puppy though! Yay!
